Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing
• For pending services, cancellation may be allowed

2. Refund Conditions

Refund will be processed if:

• Payment deducted but service not delivered
• Duplicate payment made

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Successfully activated FASTag
• Completed financial services
• Incorrect details provided by customer

4. Refund Timeline

• 7–10 working days to original payment method
