Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing
- For pending services, cancellation may be allowed
2. Refund Conditions
Refund will be processed if:
- Payment deducted but service not delivered
- Duplicate payment made
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Successfully activated FASTag
- Completed financial services
- Incorrect details provided by customer
4. Refund Timeline
- 7–10 working days to original payment method
