Welcome to Shaurya Softrack (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website and mobile application ShauryaPay, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Shaurya Softrack provides digital financial services including but not limited to FASTag issuance through agents.

2. User Eligibility

• User must be at least 18 years of age
• Must provide valid KYC documents where required
• Must use services for lawful purposes only

3. Agent Responsibilities

• Agents must ensure correct customer data submission
• Any fraudulent or incorrect entry will result in suspension
• Agents are responsible for service delivery and customer coordination

4. Payments

• All payments made through ShauryaPay are processed via secure third-party payment gateways
• We do not store card/banking details
• Once payment is successful, it cannot be reversed unless specified

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days
• No refund for successfully activated services (e.g., FASTag activation)
• Refund eligibility depends on service failure or duplicate payment

6. Service Charges

• Charges are displayed before payment
• Company reserves the right to modify charges at any time

7. Limitation of Liability

Shaurya Softrack is not liable for:

• Network failures
• Payment gateway failures
• Delays caused by banks/NPCI
• Incorrect information provided by users/agents

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts:

• For fraud or misuse
• Violation of terms

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and services belong to Shaurya Softrack and cannot be reused without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
